Phone Mode

Phone Mode allows the radio to access a phone system in order to make phone calls. Once a radio has gained phone system access, the radio's Phone List then appears in the radio's display; phone numbers may then be selected by the radio-user. Phone Mode is available from both Conventional and Trunking channels.

	Automatic phone system access and deaccess is defined in the Phone Wide Window.
	Manual phone system access and manual phone number dialing are also possible with the Manual Access Live Dialing and the Hot Keypad features.
	Phone Mode is radio-user initiated with a Call Response or Phone button-press or Phone menu selection.
